Introducing Our New Delivery Route System

At DFI Beds, we're always looking for ways to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. That's why we're thrilled to introduce our brand-new delivery route system, designed to give you more control and convenience when receiving your new bed, mattress, Snug chair or accessories.

How It Works

Our updated delivery system has divided Ireland into zones to streamline our process and ensure quicker, more efficient deliveries. Now, when you place your order, you can select a delivery day based on the zone your address is in. This means you can plan and choose a day that suits you best - up to 90 days in advance!

This change will be in effect from 1st January 2025.

Why We've Made the Change

We understand life is busy, and waiting for a delivery can disrupt your schedule. By introducing this new system, we're aiming to:

  • Reduce Wait Times: Our zoned delivery approach helps us optimise routes so you get your order faster.
  • Increase Predictability: Choose a delivery day that fits your calendar—no more surprises!
  • Enhance Sustainability: Fewer miles travelled means we're reducing our carbon footprint, all while keeping our commitment to Irish-made quality.
  • Reduce Redeliveries: By giving you a choice at the point of order, our delivery is more likely to suit you. If, in the unlikely event, you can't be there to receive your order during your scheduled delivery slot, we can re-deliver for just €40.

Same Quality, More Convenience

As always, our beds and mattresses are handmade here in Ireland and delivered within seven days of your order as standard. You have even greater peace of mind with the added benefit of tailored delivery days.

Ready to Order?

Browse our collection online or visit one of our two showrooms in Newry or Dungannon to choose your perfect bed or mattress. At checkout, you can select your preferred delivery day based on the zone in which your postcode or Eircode is located.

It's that simple!

Note: Any orders placed over the holiday period from 17th December - 2nd January will be shipped the week commencing 6th January (unless you choose to schedule otherwise!).
